两种印模技术制作全瓷冠的临床效果比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较硅橡胶印模翻制石膏模型和CEREC口内扫描后3D打印模型制作全瓷冠的方法对修复体就位、冠边缘适合性及咬合关系3个方面的影响来评价其临床效果。方法选取需要进行全瓷冠修复的下颌第一恒磨牙共70例,将患者随机分为甲、乙两组,其中甲组采用硅橡胶印模材灌注石膏模型,乙组采用CEREC口内扫描后3D打印模型。通过比较这两组印模法制作的二氧化锆全瓷冠就位是否顺利、冠边缘适合性及咬合关系是否良好来评价两种印模制取技术的临床效果。结果 CEREC口内扫描法制作的全瓷冠在就位,冠边缘适合性和咬合关系的合格率高于硅橡胶印模法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用口内扫描结合3D打印模型制作的全瓷冠临床效果优于硅橡胶印模法,值得在临床应用中推广。 Tocompare two making all ceramic crowns' methodsof silicone rubber impression over plaster models and 3D printing model after CEREC mouth scaning in evaluating the clinical effect following restoration's emplacement,crown edge fit and occlusal relationship.【Methods】Selecting 70 cases ofthe frist permanent mandibular molar needed to be restoredwith all ceramic and dividing the following patientsinto two groups(A and B)randomly.To make the crowns group A use the technology of silicone rubber impression over plaster models, group B use Cerec mouth after scanning 3D printing model. By comparing the two groups impression in making the zirconia all ceramic crown in the following aspect:Is it place smooth?Is the edge of the crown fit andocclusal relationship good to evaluate the clinical effect oftwo kinds of impressions.【Results】The qualified rate of the Cerec intra oral scanning method to fabricate all ceramic crown in restoration's emplacement,crown edge fit and occlusal relationship is higher than the silicone rubber impression method,and the contrasthas statistical significance(P〈0.05). 【Conclusion】The intra oral scanning with 3D printing model in making all ceramic crown clinical effect is better than silicon rubber impression,and it is worthy to be popularized in clinical application.
