耐多药结核病围术期的个性化心理护理

Individualized psychological nursing in the perioperative period of multi drug resistant tuberculosis

目的探究耐多药结核病围术期的个性化心理护理效果。方法基于本院自2012年7月-2014年5月期间收治的70例耐多药结核病围术期患者的临床资料,根据临床护理方式不同,将这70例耐多药结核病围术期患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组患者采用常规临床护理方式,观察组患者增加个性化心理护理。结果观察组患者的临床护理效果(总有效率为88.57%)明显的优于对照组(总有效率为71.43%);观察组患者的并发症发生率22.86%明显低于对照组的48.57%;观察组患者对临床护理效果的总满意度(91.43%)明显高于对照组(77.14%)。结论个性化心理护理能有效缓解耐多药结核病围术期患者的负面情绪,加快康复速度,同时降低患者治疗依从性,提高临床护理效果,改善护患关系。

To explore the effect of individualized psychological nursing care in the perioperative period of multi drug resistant tuberculosis. 【Methods】in our hospital from 70 cases treated in July 2012- 2014 may resistant MDR-TB peri operative clinical data based on and according to the different clinical nursing mode, the 70 cases of multi drug resistant tuberculosis peri operative patients were randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group, two groups of 35 cases in each. The control group was treated with routine clinical nursing, and the observation group was treated with the increase of individual psychological nursing. 【Results】in the observation group of patients with clinical nursing effect（total efficiency for88.57%） was significantly better than control groups of patients with clinical nursing effect（the total effective rate was71.43%）; observation group of patients with complication rate22.86% was significantly lower than that in the control group of patients with complications of48.57%; observation Group on clinical nursing effect satisfaction（total satisfaction for91.43%） significantly higher than control group on clinical nursing effect satisfaction（total satisfaction for77.14%）. 【Conclusion】individualized psychological nursing can effectively alleviate the resistance to MDR TB peri operative patients with negative emotions, to speed up the recovery of health speed while reducing the compliance of the patients, improve the effect of clinical nursing, and improve the nurse patient relationship.
