联合输注冰冻单采血小板和冷沉淀在治疗产后大出血患者的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究联合输注冰冻单采血小板和冷沉淀在治疗产后大出血患者的疗效。方法选择输血量〉2000 m L产后大出血患者随机分组,将冰冻单采血小板或冷沉淀单独输注组与联合输注组作了对比观察。观察患者输注前1 h及输注后12-24h指标:1凝血酶时间(TT);2凝血酶原时间(PT);3活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT);4纤维蛋白原(Fbg);5血小板计数(PLT);6 24 h内有效止血率;7平均止血时间。结果患者联合输注后12-24 h比输注前的TT、PT及APTT显著缩短,Fbg及PLT显著增加(P〈0.01),平均止血时间为(3.56±0.95)h,有效止血率为96.0%。结论在产后大出血患者的输血治疗中,联合输注冰冻单采血小板和冷沉淀有更为显著的止血效果。
