越南香枝木扦插繁殖技术研究

摘要 选取越南香枝木枝条进行扦插试验,以期得到提高越南香枝木扦插成活率的基质组合及激素处理浓度,为今后进行越南香枝木扦插繁殖提供理论依据。试验结果表明,不同基质处理和不同激素处理对越南香枝木愈伤组织产生时间、成活率以及其他生长指标均有影响。基质处理HRT+YK(3:1)愈伤组织产生时间(6.7±0.6d)、生根时间(9.3±0.6d)较早,成活率为56%。激素处理试验中,NAA浓度500mg/L愈伤组织产生时间(8.0±1.0d)、生根时间(11.7±2.1d)均早于其他激素浓度处理,成活率为50%。不同基质和激素处理对越南香枝木扦插成活率及生长均存在差异。 In order to obtain the higher survival rate of matrix groups and hormone concentration, we selected Dalbergia tonkinensis prain branches for cuttage experiment so that it could provide the cuttage theoretical foundation for Dalbergia tonkinensis prain artificial propagation in the future. The results showed that different matrix and hormone treatments would effect on the generate time of callus, survival rate and other growth in- dexes. For example, the matrix treatment of HRT+YK(3:1 ) was earlier than others to the generate time of cal- lus (6.7 ~ 0.6d) and roots (9.3 + 0.6d)while its rate of survival was 56%. At hormone treatment experiments, the generate time of callus( 8.0 _+ 1.0d ) and root time( 11.7 + 2. ld)treated by NAA(500mg/L) was earlier than others while its rate of survival was 50%. Different matrix and hormone treatments would result in different re- suits of euttage rate of survival and growth of Dalbergia tonkinensis prain.
