摘要
目前随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们越来越追求天然绿色的食品,而甜叶菊的发现使得其他甜味剂遭到巨大威胁,甜菊糖的纯天然性,多功能性让它在欧美国家,日本的广泛使用于食品中。甜菊糖不仅低热量,在食用后对血糖未有影响,被认定为可替代蔗糖的新型甜味剂,在我国并未被广泛使用。但甜菊糖的低热性,高甜度,安全性将会使他跻身于甜味剂之首,展现出他巨大无限的潜力。本文综述了他的功能性,天然性,安全性及应用的现状与将来发展潜力。
Currently with the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people are increasingly seeking natural green food,sweet and chrysanthemum leaves found the other sweetening agent was a great threat,pure nature of stevioside and multifunctional let it in Europe and the United States,Japan are widely used in foods. Stevia sugar is not only low in calories,after eating on blood glucose had no effect,was identified as agent to be confidence in the sweetness of sucrose replacement,in our country has not been widely used. But stevia sugar low heat,high sweetness,security will be made him among the sweeteners,show his immense potential. This paper summarizes the current status and future development of his functional; natural; safety and application.
