摘要
利用硫酸、硝酸或者盐酸使磷矿分解而获得的磷酸被统称为湿法磷酸。采用简单有效的方法准确的测定湿法磷酸中氟的含量,在湿法磷酸生产中及其含氟尾气的综合利用方面具有重要意义。本文使用选择性电极法,通过标准曲线法定量,F-浓度在0.2~3.0ug/m L的范围内,线性方程为y=-67.354x+345.743,线性相关系数为0.9994,该方法具有简便、准确、重复性好等优点。
Wet-process phosphoric acid is prepared by using sulfuric acid,nitric acid and hydrochloric acid to make the decomposition of phosphate rock. It is of great importance in wet- process phosphoric acid production and comprehensive utilization of fluorine- containing gas by using a simple and effective method to determine accurately fluorine content. In the paper,a method for the determination of fluoride content in wet- process phosphoric acid by ion selective electrode is studied. The results show that the F- linear equation is y =- 67. 354 x + 345. 743,and the linear correlation coefficient is 0. 9994 in the range of 0. 2 ~ 3. 0μg / m L. The method is sample,accurate and has the advantage of good reproducibility.
