摘要
产学研一体化培养模式是增强工程硕士实践能力和创新意识的重要途径。根据我国化工专业工程硕士培养现状,从课程体系建设、导师队伍提升、实践平台完善、论文选题及成果评价等方面,研究和探索了增强工程硕士创新能力的产学研一体化培养途径。
The cooperation mode of Universities,Industries and Research is an important channel for enhancing the practical ability and creative consciousness of master in engineering. In this study,for the master of chemical engineering and technology,the current situation of talent cultivation was analyzed. From the following aspects: construction of course system,enhancing the quality of tutors' team,improvement the platform resolution,title selection of graduation thesis,and assessment standard of research achievements,the ways of training innovative capacity of engineering master postgraduate have been discussed based on the cooperation mode of universities,industries and research.
