摘要
钙化性肌坏死是一种少见的创伤后并发症。1960年Gallie和Thomson首先报告了2例Volkmann缺血挛缩后发生钙化性肌坏死的患者。钙化性肌坏死的具体病理生理学机制尚不清楚，但多发生在创伤和骨筋膜室综合征之后，尤其是伴有周围神经损伤的病例。
