摘要
基于离散单元数值分析的方法,对预焙阳极炭块的骨料配方及振动成型过程进行数值模拟,研究不同的阳极配料颗粒粒级配比与骨料的振实密度、孔隙率等参数之间的关系。结果表明:最优的颗粒粒级配比方案为粗颗粒50%,中颗粒10%,细粉40%。在粗颗粒含量约为40%~50%,中颗粒含量约为10%~30%,细粉含量约为30%~50%的范围内,可以获得质量较好的阳极炭块。
Based on the discrete element method, the forming process of the pre-baked anode carbon blocks with different particles size ratio were simulated, and the relations between the particles size ratio and such parameters as tap density and porosity were found. The results show that the optimal ratio is 50% of coarse particle, 10% of medium particles and 40% of powder. The quality anode blocks can be obtained when the ratio of coarse particle, medium particle and powder are about 40%~50%, 10%~30%, and 30%~50% respectively.
