摘要
介绍了冶金铸造起重机用6×19 W钢丝绳在使用过程中容易出现的几种质量问题,从几何结构稳定性、生产操作等方面分析了产生问题的原因,提出了一些质量控制措施。在此基础上,介绍了其他几种结构钢丝绳的使用优点,建议根据直径范围对铸造起重机吊车钢丝绳结构进行优选。
Several quality problems about the 6 ×19 W wire ropes for casting cranes in use were presented. By analyzing the stability of geometrical structure, production and operation, we found the causes and gave some quality control measures. Meanwhile, the advantages of several other structures of the ropes are introduced, and it is suggested that the appropriate structure of the ropes is chosen according to the diameter range of the ropes.
