抗原修复基于Roche免疫组化染色机对p-stat3、Vimentin阳性表达效果影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解抗原修复对p-stat3、Vimentin免疫组化染色阳性表达效果影响,探讨抗原修复是否为单克隆抗体免疫组化染色的必须处理方式。方法:将备用切片随机分成修复、不修复与阴性对照3个实验组,用Roche免疫组化染色机创建修复与不修复染色方案,分别进行p-stat3、Vimentin免疫组化抗原修复、不修复及阴性对照染色,用Image-proplus 5.1图像分析系统评价染色效果。结果:p-stat3修复与不修复组Area及IOD未见明显差异,Vimentin修复与不修复组Area及IOD具有显著性差异。结论:p-stat3免疫组化染色可以不进行抗原修复处理,Vimentin免疫组化染色需进行抗原修复处理,抗原修复不是每一种单克隆抗体都必须的处理方式。
