摘要
开发一种拖拉机用零泄漏多路阀,解决目前国产液压输出阀中位密封均靠滑阀与阀道口的间隙密封,无法保证中位泄漏量的问题。该多路阀在不改变液压系统功能的前提下,在现有液压输出阀片中增加机械控制式单向阀,既保证了中位时液压输出阀片的零泄漏,又减少了液压系统的功率损失,提高了液压系统的可靠性。
A zero leakage multi valve for tractor was developed in order to solve the problems that middle position seal of domes- tic hydraulic output valve relied on the clearance of slide valve and valve opening, and it could not guarantee the median leakage. Mechanical controlled check single valve was added to existing hydraulic output valve plate under the premise of not changing the function of hydraulic system. This multiple valve not only ensured zero leakage of hydraulic output valve plate in the middle position, but also reduced power loss of hydraulic system. It improved reliability of hydraulic system.
