摘要
为培肥地力,实现7 500 kg/hm^2大肥量撒施有机肥,完成京郊2万hm^2基本农田综合治理工程,设计了上置链耙式有机肥撒施机,其特点是施肥量大、链耙上置和动力输出小。样机试验结果证明,基本满足生产需求,并小批量试制20台,较好地完成了基本农田大肥量有机肥施撒作业,为北京基本农田综合治理提供了强有力的装备支撑。
In order to improve soil fertility, achieve large quantity of fertilizer application organic fertilizer of 7 500 kg per hectare, complet basic farmland comprehensive control project of 20 thousands hectares, a overhead chain harrow type organic fertilizer spreader was designed. Its characteristic was large amount of fertilization, overhead chain harrow and small power output. Prototype test results proved that this machine met production needs basically, small batch of 20 were producted. They better to completed basic farmland fertilizer organic fertilizer application in operation. And it provided a strong support for comprehensive management of basic farmland in Beijing.
