小卫星双向DC/DC变换器设计

A Design of Bi-directional Superbuck Converter for Microsatellite

摘要 为了满足卫星微小化对电源系统功率密度提出的更高要求,结合空间电源设计要求给出了提高小卫星功率密度的方案。选用一种高功率密度的双向DC/DC拓扑,给出了主电路的控制传递函数,设计了补偿网络,采用SABER软件进行仿真,体现出良好的稳定性和动态性能。结果证明,该变换器不但满足卫星电源的性能要求,而且有效提高了电源功率密度。 In order to improve the density of power supply in the satellite as it becomes smaller. A scheme to improve tile density of power supply is put forwa,d according to the design requirement of space power supply. A N-directional DC/DC with high power density is designed according to its topology. The control to output transfcr function of the main circuit is calculated. And according to this the parameters of compensation network are designed. The simulations by Saber prove that the designed converter has good stabilily and dynamnic performncc. The results prove that the converter can not only meet the perfronnance requirements of the microsalellilc power supply, but also improve the power density of the power supply.
