竞争政策的基本理解 被引量：2

摘要 2007年颁布,2008年实施的《中华人民共和国反垄断法》（《反垄断法》）中第一次以立法的形式提出竞争政策的概念：国务院设立反垄断委员会,其第一项职责就是＂研究拟定有关竞争政策＂。2015年3月,中共中央和国务院在《关于深化体制机制改革加快创新驱动发展战略的若干意见》中明确提出＂强化竞争政策和产业政策对创新的引导,促进优胜劣汰,增强市场主体创新动力＂。
