摘要
[目的]探讨铅和镉联合暴露后蛋鸡各组织器官中铅和镉的残留规律。[方法]将120只40周龄海兰褐壳蛋鸡随机分为4组,对照组饮用纯净水,Cd暴露组在饮水中添加50 mg/L Cd,Pb暴露组在饮水中添加100 mg/L Pb,Pb+Cd暴露组在饮水中添加100 mg/L Pb和50 mg/L Cd,探讨蛋鸡各组织器官中铅和镉的残留规律。[结果]与Cd暴露组相比,Pb+Cd暴露组除肾脏外各组织中的镉含量均有升高,但差异不显著(P>0.05);Cd暴露组肾脏中镉含量显著高于Pb+Cd暴露组。与Pb暴露组相比,Pb+Cd暴露组胸肌和肾脏中铅含量显著降低(P<0.05),而腿肌、心脏、脾脏中铅含量显著升高(P<0.05),肝脏和肌胃中铅含量则基本相当。与对照组相比,Pb暴露组各组织中的镉含量显著升高(P<0.05),而Cd暴露组蛋鸡各组织中铅含量差异不显著。[结论]铅和镉在家禽体内沉积存在复杂的交互作用。该研究可为促进禽产品质量安全提供理论基础。
[ Objective ] To discuss the residual laws of cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb) in the tissues of laying hens after combined exposure of Pb and Cd. [ Method] 120 40-week-old Hyline Brown laying hens were randomly divided into g groups. The laying hens were drunk with puri- fied water. 50 mg/L Cd was added in the drinking water in Cd exposure group, 100 mg/L Pb was added in the drinking water in Pb exposure group, and 100 mg/L Pb and 50 mg/L Cd were added in the drinking water in combined exposure group of Pb + Cd. The residual laws of Pb and Cd in the tissues of laying hens were discussed. [ Result ] Compared with Cd exposure group, Cd content in the tissues of laying hens ex- cept kidney increased in combined exposure group of Pb + Cd, but there was no significant difference(P 〉0.05). Cd content in the kidney of laying hens in Cd exposure group was significantly higher than that in combined exposure group of Pb + Cd. Combined with Pb exposure group, Pb content in the breast muscle and kidney of laying hens in combined exposure group of Pb + Cd was significantly decreased(P 〈0.05), Pb content in the leg muscle, heart and spleen was significantly increased, and Pb content in the glandular stomach and liver was almost the same. Combine with control group, Cd content in all tissues of laying hens in Pb exposure group significantly increased( P 〈 0.05 ), and Pb content in the tissues of laying hens in Cd exposure group bad rib significant difference with control group. [ Conclusion] Cadmium and lead deposited in poultry have complex interaction. The research can provide theoretical basis for promoting the quality and safety of poultry products.
