摘要
[目的]为更好地指导蔬菜农药残留监测工作,明确监测重点,掌握蔬菜中农药残留的规律性。[方法]对来源于杭州主要批发市场的368 267批次蔬菜,按照先定性筛选,再定量确定的工作程序,对蔬菜中的19种有机磷类农药和7种氨基甲酸酯类农药开展残留检测。[结果]克百威是蔬菜中残留超标最多的氨基甲酸酯类农药,毒死蜱是蔬菜中残留超标最多的有机磷类农药,野生蔬菜类、豆类、葱蒜类等蔬菜是超标率最高的蔬菜种类,在春夏和秋冬交替时间则是农药超标的高峰时期。[结论]蔬菜中农药残留超标率呈现一定的规律性,与农药种类、蔬菜种类和月份相关。
[ Objective ] In order to better guide the monitoring of pesticide residues in vegetables, the emphasis was determined, the regularity of pesticide residues in vegetables were grasped. [ Method] 368 267 batches of vegetables from the main wholesale market in Hangzhou, according to the first qualitative screening, then quantitative determination work process, the residual detection was conducted on 19 kinds of organic phos- phorus pesticides and 7 kinds of amino acid esters in vegetables. [ Result ] The main carbamate pesticide residue was ca.rbofuran, and the highest exceeding rate of organophosphorus pesticide residue was chlorpyrifos. The exceeding rates of wild vegetables, bean vegetables and onion-garlic vegetables were higher than other types of vegetables. The higher exceeding rats were found in periods of the turn of spring and summer and the turn of autumn and winter. [ Conclusion] The exceeding rates of pesticide residues in vegetable show regularity, and have correlation with the pesticide species, vegetable species and month.
