摘要 [目的]研究疏花蔷薇果中总多酚的抗氧化能力,为进一步开发疏花蔷薇果提供试验数据。[方法]利用已优化的响应曲面法提取疏花蔷薇果中的总多酚,并测定其含量;应用3种抗氧化模型(清除DPPH自由基、清除羟基自由基、清除超氧阴离子自由基),建立疏花蔷薇果中的多酚类成分抗氧化能力模型,以抗坏血酸为阳性对照,评价疏花蔷薇果中总多酚的体外抗氧化能力。[结果]在试验浓度范围内,疏花蔷薇果总多酚对羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、DPPH自由基均有较强的清除能力,其清除率与总多酚浓度有一定的量效关系。[结论]疏花蔷薇果总多酚有明显的清除自由基能力,可以作为一种有效的天然抗氧化剂来开发利用。 [ Objective ] To study antioxidant activity of total polyphenols from Rosa laxa Ratz. fruits,to provide experimental data for the further development of Rosa laxa Ratz. fruits. [ Method] Total polyphenols from Rosa laxa Ratz. fruits was extracted by optimized response surface meth- odology,and its content was determined. Utilizing the three types of antioxidant activity models ( the active effect of clearing DPPH radical, hydrox- yl radical and superoxide anion radical) ,the antioxidant activity models of polyphenols ingredient from Rosa laxa Ratz. fruits were established, with ascorbic acid as a positive control, the antioxidant activity ability in vitro of total polyphenol from Rosa laxa Ratz. fruits was evaluated. [ Re- sult ] With a certain range of concentrations, total polyphenols from Rosa laxa Ratz. fruits showed strong scavenging capacities on the DPPH radi- cal ,hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical. And the effect was enhanced with an increase in the concentration, and the scavenging rate was certain dose-dependent manner. [ Conclusion~ Total polyphenols from Rosa laxa Ratz. fruits has significant capacity of scavenging free radical, it can be applied as an effective natural antioxidant.
