工程量清单计价法在招投标工作中的优劣分析

Advantages and disadvantages analysis on pricing method of bill of quantities applied to bidding work

随着我国改革开放的不断发展,我国在建设工程的计价方法上不断面临新的挑战——大量运用其他计价模式的国外建筑企业进入了我国市场,与我国原本运用的定额计价法的企业展开了市场竞争,迫使我国企业遵循关于工程造价计算的国际管理,开始运用工程量清单计价法。本文通过对工程量清单计价方法应用在招投标中的优劣势进行了分析,并提出了不适于应用此计价法的招投标项目类别。

With the continued development of China reform and opening-up,a pricing method of the construction project in China is continuously faced a new challenge and that many overseas construction enterprises with other pricing modes are in China market.The overseas enterprises are conducting the market competition with Chinese enterprises with the previous applied quota pricing method.Thus China enterprises had to comply with the international management on the project pricing calculation and began to apply the engineering bill pricing method.The paper had an analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of the engineering bill pricing method applied to the bidding and pointed out that the items of the bidding project could not be applied with the pricing method.
