摘要
介绍235/60R18 107T冬季镶钉轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径735 mm,断面宽249 mm,行驶面宽度192.7 mm,行驶面弧度高6.4 mm,胎圈着合直径457.6 mm,胎圈着合宽度198.12 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.04,采用冬季镶钉轮胎专用TR757花纹,优化花纹节距排列。施工设计:采用有限元仿真分析技术,胎侧采用加厚形式,带束层采用3×0.30HT钢丝帘线,胎体采用2层1440dtex/2 DSP聚酯帘布,高反包结构,矩形钢丝圈,采用一次法成型机成型、双模液压定型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明:成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈阻力、耐久性能、低气压性能和高速性能符合相应的设计和国家标准要求。
The design on 235/60R18 107T studded winter passenger car radial tire was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 735 mm, cross-sectional width 249 mm,width of running surface 192.7 mm,arc height of running surface 6.4 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 457.6 mm, bead width at rim seat 198.12 ram, maximum width position of cross-section (H1/H2) 1.04, with special tread pattern TR757 for studded winter tire and optimized pitch arrangement.In construction design, the following processes were taken using finite element analysis technology- 3× 0.30HT steel cord for belts, reinforced sidewall and 2 layers of polyester 1440dtex/2 DSP for carcass ply having a high turn-up structure, wrapped rectangular bead, using single stage building machine to build tires and hydraulic curing presses to cure tires.The testing results of finished tire showed that, the inflated peripheral dimensions, strength, bead unseating resistance, endurance, low inflation pressure performance and high speed performance met the requirements of corresponding design and national standards.
