冷光美白加用牙釉质粘接剂治疗氟斑牙疗效对比研究

ENAMEL ADHESIVE BONDED WHITENING TREATMENT CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF THE POSTOPERATIVE SENSITIVITY OF FLUOROSIS STAIN

目的:观察并评估牙釉质粘接剂结合冷光美白治疗氟斑牙着色术后敏感性及再着色的临床效果。方法:96例中度氟斑牙病人随机分为实验组、对照组各48例,实验组采用酸蚀,微打磨着色部位后冷光美白,涂牙釉质粘接剂光固化,涂氟保护剂。对照组采用酸蚀,微打磨着色部位后冷光美白,涂氟保护剂。观察两组方法美白氟斑牙的效果、术后敏感情况及术后再着色情况。结果:两组方法美白氟斑牙的有效率均为100%。术后敏感性差异P<0.05有统计学意义。术后再着色差异P<0.05有统计学意义。结论:牙釉质粘接剂结合冷光美白治疗中度氟斑牙着色术后敏感性及再着色有很好的临床效果。

Objective：To observe and evaluate the clinical effects of postoperative sensitivity and re-coloring of dental fluorosis coloring treatment by the enamel adhesive binding whitening. Methods：96 patients with moderate dental fluorosis were randomized into experiment and control group,48 patients for each group. Patients in the experiment group were treated with etching, whitening after slightly polished colored portion, coated with enamel adhesive and light-curving, then coated with fluoride protective agent. Patients in the control group were treated with etching,whitening after slightly polished colored portion, then coated with fluoride protective agent. The effects of whitening dental fluorosis, postoperative sensitivity and postoperative coloring in each group were observed. Results：The efficiency of the two methods were both 100%. The difference in postoperative sensitivity and postoperative coloring were both statistically significant（P〈0. 05 both）. Conclusions：There is good clinical effect in postoperative sensitivity and re-coloring of dental fluorosis coloring treatment by the enamel adhesive binding whitening.
