中老年女性正常范围内血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶水平与代谢综合征的相关性分析

Correlation Between Serum Alanine Aminotransferase Level and Metabolic Syndrome in Middle-Aged and Elderly Women

目的:探讨中老年女性正常范围内血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)水平与代谢综合征(MS)的关系。方法:以2014年1月～2016年12月在我院住院或门诊体检的40岁以上女性为调查对象,最终ALT处于正常范围的1 292名女性纳入本次研究。采集研究人群的体重指数、血糖、血脂、肝肾功能等生化指标。MS的诊断采用2005年美国胆固醇教育计划成人治疗组第三次报告(NCEP ATPⅢ)标准。结果:(1)MS组ALT水平明显高于非MS组。随着ALT水平的升高,多个代谢指标趋于恶化;(2)ALT水平处于第四个四分位时,MS、中心性肥胖、高甘油三酯、低高密度脂蛋白及高血糖的患病风险分别是其处于第一个四分位时的3.11倍、3.64倍、2.33倍、1.60及1.32倍。结论:中老年女性血清ALT水平处于正常范围上限时提示MS的患病风险增大。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)level and metabolic syndrome(MS)in middle-aged and old women.Methods:1292 female patients with ALT in the normal range at the age over 40 years old admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected for the further study.The body mass index,blood glucose,blood lipids,liver and kidney function and other biochemical indexes were collected.The diagnosis of MS was based on the Third Report of the American Cholesterol Education Program Adult Treatment Group 2005(NCEP ATP III).Results:(1)The ALT level of MS group was significantly higher than that of non-MS group.With the increase of ALT level,multiple metabolic indicators became to deteriorate.(2)Compared to the first quartile,the risk of MS,central obesity,high triglycerides,low high-density lipoprotein and hyperglycemia were 3.11 times,3.64 times,2.33 times,1.60 times and 1.32 times higher when ALT level in the fourth quartile.Conclusion:The serum ALT level at the upper limit of normal value indicates an increase risk of MS in the middle-aged and elderly women.
