PDCA循环在提高肿瘤PICC患者院外自我管理依从性中的应用

The Effect of PDCA Cycle on Improving the Self-Management Compliance of Tumor Patients with PICC outside the Hospital

目的:探讨PDCA循环管理模式在提高肿瘤PICC患者院外自我管理依从性的效果。方法:将2017年1～6月住院行PICC置管的100例肿瘤患者作为对照组,给予常规的护理方案;将2017年7～12月住院行PICC置管的103例肿瘤患者作为观察组,在常规护理方案的基础上运用PDCA循环,比较两组PICC患者院外自我管理依从性和相关并发症发生率,分析依从性不足的原因,针对性拟定对策并组织实施。结果:观察组院外自我管理依从性各维度均分均显著高于对照组(均P<0.001),相关并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.014)。结论:运用PDCA循环可有效提高肿瘤PICC患者院外自我管理依从性,从而降低PICC相关并发症,提升专科护理质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle management mode on improving the self-management compliance of tumor patients with peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)outside the hospital.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 203 tumor patients with PICC in our hospital from January to December in 2017.The control group of 100 cases were given conventional nursing care,and the observation group of 103 cases were given conventional nursing care combining with PDCA method.The self-management compliance and the incidence of related complications between the two groups were compared.The reasons for the lack of compliance were analyzed and countermeasures were performed.Results:Compared to the control group,the mean scores of each dimension of out-of-hospital self-management compliance were significantly higher(P<0.001),and the incidence of related complications was lower in the observation group(P=0.014).Conclusion:Using the PDCA cycle effectively improve the out-of-hospital self-management compliance of tumor patients with PICC,which could reduce the PICC-related complications and improve the quality of specific nursing.
