低龄法洛四联症患儿围手术期呼吸道护理的相关策略

The Experience about Perioperative Respiratory Nursing Strategy on Tetralogy of Fallot in Infancy

目的:总结年龄低于3岁的法洛四联症(TOF)患儿围手术期的呼吸道护理经验。方法:回顾性分析和总结我院36例年龄低于3岁的TOF患儿围手术期呼吸道护理措施。结果:本组所有患儿手术过程顺利。术后早期死亡2例,主要原因为低心排综合征;3例出现肺炎,经过积极治疗后好转。34例患儿术后恢复良好,好转出院。结论:低龄TOF患儿,其理解及配合能力较差,肺部并发症的发生较年长儿多,需要更加重视患儿的呼吸道护理。

Objective:To summarize perioperative respiratory nursing experience in tetralogy of fallot(TOF)in infancy less than 3 years old.Methods:The perioperative respiratory nursing treatments on 36 infants underwent total repair of TOF were collected for the further retrospective study.Results:All cases had successful repair operation.2 patients died after operation due to the low cardiac output syndrome.3 patients caught pneumonia and improved after active treatment.The rest 34 patiens recovered and discharged.Conclusion:The children with TOF at an early age have poor understanding and coordination ability,and have higher incidence of pulmonary complications than the older,which makes it is necessary to pay more attention to the respiratory care during perioperative period.
