乙型病毒性肝炎抗病毒治疗患者自我管理现状及相关知识需求的调查

Research on Self-Management Status and Related Knowledge Needs in Hepatitis B Patients with Antiviral Therapy

目的:了解乙型病毒性肝炎抗病毒治疗患者自我管理现状及对相关知识需求的状况,为临床实施健康教育提供依据。方法:在患者知情同意下,采用自行设计的调查问卷,选取门诊与住院的乙肝抗病毒治疗患者共160例为研究对象。结果:自我管理水平良好的患者占20.6%,中等水平者占36.9%,较差水平者占42.5%;年龄、教育程度、婚姻和工作状况对患者自我管理水平的影响有统计学意义(均P<0.05);患者对自我管理相关知识各项内容的需求率均在90%以上。结论:乙肝抗病毒治疗患者自我管理水平相对较低,受多种因素影响;患者对自我管理相关知识需求高。

Objective:To investigate the status of self-management and the need of related knowledge,and provide evidence for clinical healthy education in hepatitis B patients with antiviral therapy.Methods:160 cases of hepatitis B patients with antiviral treatment were investigated using self-made questionnaire under the informed consent.Results:Patients with good self-management level was 20.6%,the middle was 36.9%and the poor was 42.5%.Many factors including age,education,marriage,and working conditions had significant effect on self-management level(all P<0.05).The demand of knowledge related to self-managementrate in patients was accounted for more than 90%.Conclusion:The self-management level in hepatitis B patients with antiviral therapy is relatively low and affected by a variety of factors.Knowledge related to self-management is also high demanded to improve current status.
