宜昌地区出租车司机健康体检结果分析

Analysis of Health Examination Results of Taxi Drivers in Yichang Area

目的:通过分析宜昌地区出租车司机体检结果,探讨该职业群体的主要健康隐患及影响因素。方法:分析宜昌地区1 119名出租车司机健康体检数据,将性别、年龄、驾龄、每日驾车时间进行分组后比较体检结果。结果:体检结果异常存在性别差异。男性体检异常情况由高到低依次为:前列腺异常66.22%,肝功能异常25.25%,高尿酸血症23.73%,双肾结石15.17%,高血压9.37%,胸透异常3.16%,痔疮2.65%,血脂血糖异常1.73%,心电图异常1.53%,脂肪肝1.32%。女性体检异常情况由高到低依次为:子宫肌瘤、宫颈囊肿35.04%,肝功能异常5.84%,高尿酸血症2.92%,胸透异常2.92%,血脂血糖异常2.19%,高血压1.46%,痔疮0.73%。其中男性在肝功能异常、高尿酸血症、双肾结石和高血压的检出率明显高于女性(均P<0.05)。肝功能异常、高血压、前列腺异常的检出率与年龄和驾龄相关(均P<0.05),与每日驾车时间无关(均P>0.05)。结论:肝功能异常、高尿酸血症、双肾结石、高血压、胸透异常、痔疮、血脂血糖异常、心电图异常、脂肪肝、前列腺异常、子宫肌瘤及宫颈囊肿是宜昌地区出租车司机的主要健康隐患,且年龄大和驾龄长是体检结果异常的高危因素。

Objective:To explore the main health concerns and influence factors of taxi drivers by analyzing physical examination results in Yichang area.Methods:The health examination data of 1 119 taxi drivers were analyzed and compared according to gender,age,driving age and daily driving time.Results:There were gender differences in abnormal physical examination results.Prostate abnormality(66.22%),liver function abnormality(25.25%),hyperuricemia(23.73%),double kidney stones(15.17%),hypertension(9.37%),abnormal chest X-ray(3.16%),hemorrhoids(2.65%),blood lipid and glucose disorder(1.73%),abnormal electrocardiogram(1.53%),and fatty liver(1.32%)were found in the male.Uterine fibroids and cervical cysts(35.04%),liver function abnormality(5.84%),hyperuricemia(2.92%),chest X-ray abnormality(2.92%),blood lipid and glucose disorder(2.19%),hypertension(1.46%)and hemorrhoids(0.73%)were found in the female.The incidence of liver function abnormality,hyperuricemia,double kidney stones and hypertension in males were significantly higher than that in females(All P<0.05).Moreover,the detection rate of liver function abnormality,hypertension,prostate abnormality were correlated with age and driving experience(All P<0.05),but had nothing to do with the daily driving time(All P>0.05).Conclusion:The main health concerns of taxi drivers in Yichang area contain liver function abnormality,hyperuricemia,kidney stones,hypertension,chest X-ray abnormality,hemorrhoids,blood lipid and glucose disorder,abnormal electrocardiogram,fatty liver,prostate abnormality,uterine fibroids and cervical cysts.Age and driving experience are high risk factors for abnormal physical examination results.
