色彩标识在管道风险管理中的应用价值

Application of Color Identification in Pipeline Risk Management

目的:探讨色彩标识在管道风险管理中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2016年10月～2016年12月1 050根管道管理中的缺陷,运用色彩心理学设计统一规范的管道标识,2017年1月～2017年3月针对全院1 060根管道,合理利用规范的色彩管道标识,动态观察管道情况。结果:观察组管道连接错误和误拔管率明显低于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论:设计合理、色彩鲜明、使用方便、统一规范的管道标识降低了管道护理风险。

Objective:To explore the application value of color identification in pipeline risk management.Methods:The defects in 1 050 pipeline management from October 2016 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.The uniform and standardized pipeline signs were designed according to the color psychology method.A total of 1 060 pipelines used with standardized color signs from January 2017 to March 2017 in our hospital were observed and evaluated dynamically.Results:Compared to the control group,the rate of incorrect pipeline connection and unplanned extubation were both significantly decreased in the color signed pipeline group(both P<0.01).Conclusion:The risk of pipeline nursing could be reduced by using pipeline marker with characteristics,including reasonable designed,bright color,convenient and uniform standard.
