痰热清对产超广谱β-内酰胺酶肺炎克雷伯菌的体外抑制作用研究 被引量:11

摘要 呼吸道感染是临床常见疾病,致病菌包括肺炎链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌(Kpn)等[1]。近年来,关于Kpn导致的院内感染的报道越来越多,β-内酰胺酶类广谱抗生素在临床的广泛应用使Kpn的耐药也在增加,会使Kpn产生ESBLs,限制了青霉素及头孢类抗生素的临床应用,使病情迁延不愈。
