摘要
把持力指的是胎体对金刚石颗粒的包镶能力,它能够直接定量地衡量金刚石颗粒在胎体中被牢固黏结而不脱落的程度,是影响金刚石工具使用性能和工作寿命的关键因素。我们从把持力的形成机制出发,介绍了把持力研究的重要意义以及提高把持力的方法。然后,分别介绍了定性分析法、抗弯强度分析法、弹性力学方程表征法、拉曼光谱分析法、抗拉强度试验法及张力环试验法等胎体对金刚石把持力的计算与评价方法。最后,总结了目前胎体对金刚石把持力研究存在的问题并给出了一些相应的建议。
The holding force of bond to diamond can directly and quantitatively evaluate how strong diamond particles are bonded to the matrix.It is the key to diamond tools′life and performance.In this paper,based on the formation mechanism of the holding strength,research on improving the bond strength between diamond and matrix was summarized.And then,several methods,which were used to calculate and evaluate the holding force were introduced,including qualitative analysis,analysis on bending strength,calculation by elasticity equation,measurement through Raman spectroscopy,tensile strength test and tension ring test.Finally,the problems about current study on holding strength were summarized as well as corresponding suggestions.
