随着工业水平和制造业对产品精度要求的提高,金刚石涂附磨具已经在国民经济中占有重要地位并得到广泛应用。金刚石砂带根据制备方法不同分为金属结合剂电镀金刚石砂带和树脂结合剂金刚石砂带,本文主要介绍了国内外金刚石砂带的制备方法以及树脂结合剂金刚石砂带的制备影响因素,并阐述了金刚石砂带的应用与发展。

With the improvement of industrial level and precision requirements on manufacturing,the diamond coated abrasives grinding have played an important role in domestic economy.According to the production methods,diamond abrasive belts were divided into two parts：the diamond electroplating belts and the resin bonded diamond abrasive belts.This article describes methods around the world for diamond abrasive belt preparation and factors responsible for affecting the resin bonded diamond belt and elaborates application and development of diamond abrasive belts.
