摘要
目的:探讨美沙拉嗪联合双岐杆菌三联活菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效及对氧化应激、炎症因子的影响。方法:将92例于我院进行治疗的UC患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各46例。观察组行美沙拉嗪联合双岐杆菌三联活菌进行治疗,对照组行美沙拉嗪单药治疗,两组治疗时间均为两个月。比较两组疗效,测定两组氧化应激标志物丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平及炎症因子白介素10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平并进行比较。结果:治疗后观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组MDA、TNF-α水平均明显下降,SOD、IL-10水平均明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组较对照组MDA、TNF-α水平下降更明显,SOD、IL-10水平升高更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美沙拉嗪联合双岐杆菌三联活菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效显著,可有效调节氧化应激和炎症因子水平。
Objective: To investigate the effect of mesalazine combined withbifico on oxidative stress and cytokines in patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods: A total of 92 cases with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into observation group (46 cases) and control group (46 cases) : observation group (mesalazine + bifico), control group (mesalazine). Levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), TNF-a (tumor necrosis factor-a) and Interleukin-10 (IL-10) were tested and compared in patients with ulcerative colitis. Results.. Total effective rate was significantly increased after treatment in observation group (P〈0.05) : MDA, TNF-α were significantly reduced and SOD, IL-10 were significantly increased after treatment in two groups (P〈0.05) ; MDA, TNF-a were more significantly reduced and SOD, IL-10 were more significantly increased in observation group (P〈0.05). Conclusions: Mesalazine combine with bifico treatment has reliable curative effect in ulcerative colitis patients,which can regulate oxidative stress and eytokines.
