抚触护理对新生儿肺炎患者的心理运动功能及智能发育指数的影响

INFLUENCE OF TOUCHING NURSING ON PSYCHOMOTOR AND INTELLECTUAL DEVELOPMENT INDEX IN PATIENTS WITH NEONATAL PNEUMONIA

目的探究抚触护理对新生儿肺炎患儿心理运动功能及智能发育指数的影响,并为这类患儿优质护理积累循证经验。方法选取该院新生儿科于2011年9月—2013年12月收治的88例新生儿肺炎患儿,利用随机数字表法进行分组,分别设为观察组和对照组,每组各44例。其中对照组开展常规护理干预,观察组则在对照组基础上引入抚触护理。二组患儿均于干预前1d及干预后第12个月末临床症状发生情况,并记录小儿智能发育量表(CDCC)测评结果。结果干预后第12个月末,观察组咳嗽、咳痰及流涕发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后第12个月末,观察组MDI及PDI评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新生儿肺炎患儿引入抚触护理,能有效改善患儿的负性情绪,同时亦能提高其智能发育状况,且能促进病情预后康复。

Objective To explore the effect of touching nursing on neonate with pneumonia psychological movement function and intelligence development,and to accumulate evidence based experience for these children with high quality of nursing care.Methods Totally 88 cases of neonatal pneumonia admitted to neonatal department of author＇s hospital in September 2011 and December 2013 by the random number table method,were divided into study group and control group,44 cases in each group.Control group was carried out routine nursing intervention,while the study group received touching nursing on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptoms of two groups patients were observed at 1d before intervention and twelve months after intervention,and the children intelligence development scale（CDCC）were assessed.Results After twelve months intervention,the incidence rate of cough,sputum and nasal in the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After intervention of twelve months,the MDI and PDI scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Touching nursing can effectively improve negative emotions of neonate with pneumonia and children＇s the intelligence development status,and also can promote the rehabilitation prognosis.
