舒适护理干预对手术室患者生理和心理的影响

AFFECT OF COMFORT NURSING INTERVENTION ON THE PATIENTS PHYSIOLOGY AND PSYCHOLOGY IN OPERATION ROOM

目的探讨舒适护理干预对手术室患者生理和心理方面的影响分析。方法以该院手术室2014年2—11月行手术治疗的200例患者作为研究对象,按随机原则将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加以舒适护理,比较二组患者术前不良情绪缓解程度、心律、血压改变情况以及对护理工作的信任度和满意度。结果观察组患者术前紧张情绪缓解发生率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者心率、血压改变发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理人员的信任度和对护理工作的满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理中加以舒适护理干预可缓解患者紧张、焦虑等不良情绪,增加患者的舒适度,还可以降低手术并发症的发生率,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of comfort nursing care intervention on physiology and psychology in patients of operation room.Methods Two hundreds patients,received a surgical treatment in operating room from February to November 2014 were as the study subjects,were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,100 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the experimental group was treated with comfort care based on the routine care.Before surgery,the alleviate extent of negative emotions,heart rate,blood pressure,as well as changes in the trust and satisfaction of nursing work were compared between the two groups of patients.Results Preoperative ease tensions of the experimental group were significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;heart rate and changes in blood pressure of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The experimental group were trust and satisfaction of nurses to care were significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comfort care intervention can relieve stress,anxiety and other negative emotions,increase patient comfort,but also can reduce the incidence of surgical complications,and it should be promoted in the clinical care in the operating room.
