摘要
目的探究某医院患者满意度调查数据分析及意义。方法选取2013年1月—2014年1月该院接受治疗的100例患者,根据治疗时间分为观察组和对照组,观察组44例,对照组56例,观察组为改善后收治患者,对照组为改善前收治患者,观察二组患者满意度情况。结果观察组患者对医院服务态度与管理效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医院综合水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患者对医院费用满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患者生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在新形势改善之后,我医院患者满意度显著提高,改善患者治疗患者,从而促进患者治疗效果的提高,有利于患者早日康复。
Objective To explore the significance of hospital patient satisfaction survey data analysis.Methods One hundred patients,treated in author's hospital from January 2013 to January 2014,were divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment time,the observation group of 44 patients,the control group of 56 patients.The patients in the observation group were improved,while the patients in the control group were before improving,and the patients' satisfaction was observed both of two groups.Results The patients' satisfaction of the observation group on hospital service attitude and management efficiency was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05.Forther more,the patients' satisfaction of the observation group on hospital costs and quality of life score was also significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant,P〈0.05.Conclusion After the new situation,the patients' satisfaction in hospital is improved significantly.It is beneficial to promote the therapeutic effect and patients' recover at an early date.
