Three representives' and 'running the country by morality' are the new conception of the managing the Party strictly,whose starting point and target is, to take the great rejuvenation the Chinese nation as the goal, enable the Party to meet the new challenge and to initiate the new prospect in the 21st century. Only by managing the Party strictly can we implement the Party's programme of 'the three representatives' and the general plan of 'running the country by morality',enabling the Party to keep forever the nature of advancement and represent the cardinal interests of the broad masses of the people from beginning to end,so as to lead the every nationalitys people of the whole country to construct socialist modernized country which is prosperous and powerful, democratic, and civilized.
