摘要
为制备含多壁碳纳米管-聚酰胺-胺(MWCNTs-PAMAM)的壳聚糖/β-甘油磷酸钠(CS/β-GP)水凝胶膜,检测其相关性能及对牛血清蛋白(BSA)的缓释性能。采用溶剂挥发法将含MWCNTs-PAMAM的CS/β-GP水凝胶干燥成膜。采用扫描电镜(SEM)及傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)进行表征,考察MWCNTs-PAMAM掺杂量对膜性能的影响。BSA为模型蛋白,考察水凝胶膜的释药性能,探讨其释药动力学模型。结果显示,掺杂胺功能化MWCNTs后,CS/β-GP膜结构致密,表面粗糙,力学性能及亲水性能增强,降解速率减慢,具有良好的缓释蛋白性能,释药动力学符合Weibull方程。由此可知,含MWCNTs-PAMAM的CS/β-GP水凝胶膜具有优良性能,可作为蛋白类药物缓释载体。
To prepare chitosan/β-glycerophosphate(CS/β-GP) hydrogel film containing multi-walled carbon nanotubespolyamidoa- mine dendrimers(MWCNTs-PAMAM),then to detect the related characters and sustained-release bovine serum albumin (BSA) property. The CS/β-GP hydrogels containing MWCNTs-PAMAM was prepared and dried by solvent evaporation method. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was used to examine the characteristics.The properties of the films containing different quality of MWCNTs-PAMAM were examined.BSA was used as the model protein to examine the release properties and analyze drug release kinetics model.Compared with pure CS/β-GP film,the hydrogel film containing amino-functionalized MWCNTs had more dense structure and rough surface,and showed better mechanical and hydrophilicity properties,and exhibited slower degradation rate and better sustained-release protein performance.The release dynamics was in accordance with the Weibull model.This kind of new CS/β-GP hydrogel film containing MWCNTs-PAMAM shows excellent performances and it could be a promising carrier for protein sustained release.
