摘要
PPP模式在中国基础设施建设中发挥越来越重要的作用,并且能够很好地解决基础设施建设资金短缺和管理效率低下等问题。本文通过梳理PPP基本情况及试点情况,归纳总结PPP融资模式与传统融资的区别,指出PPP过程中金融服务所存在的问题,并提出针对性建议。
The PPP is playing a more and more important role in China＇ s infrastructure construction, and can effectively solve the problems of the government＇ s shortage of the fimds in infrastructure construction and low efficiency in management. By analyzing the basic situation and pilot situation of PPP, the paper summarizes the difference between the PPP financing mode and the traditional financing mode, points out the problems existing in the financial services in the process of PPP, and puts forward recommendations.
