本文以污水处理厂为例,在论述排污权现场核查要点的基础上,结合工作实际,探讨了建立现场核查信息化系统的必要性,分析了污水处理厂现场核查信息化系统架构和组成,以期为排污权交易试点地区实现排污权现场核查信息化提供参考。

The paper takes the verification of emission rights in sewage treatment plant as an example, discussed the key point of emission rights verification and the necessity of establishing the information-based system of emission rights verification, and then, analyzed the composition of the information-based system.
