摘要
螺旋藻是一种光自养性生物,为绿色硷性食品,富含蛋白质、维生素、矿物质、微量元素和超氧化物岐化(SOD)、藻蓝蛋白、多糖等多种营养物质和生物活性物质,其中胡萝卜素、叶绿素、亚麻油酸、VB12的含量高于任何天然食物。本文通过长期实验,主要研究分析鄂托克旗螺旋藻养殖区气候变化特征,以及螺旋藻养殖棚外、棚内气候因子和藻液温度之间的变化规律,分析得出变化公式。
Spirulina is a photoautotrophic organism and green alkaline food, which contains protein, vitamins, minerals, trace elements and superoxide dismutase (SOD), phycoeyanin, polysaeeharides and other nutrients and bioactive substances, and contents of carotene, chlorophyll, linoleic acid, VB12 more than any natural food. The microclimate characteristics and variation of climate factor and algae liquid temperature in greenhouse inside and outside were analysised and obtained changes formula through long-term experiment.
