腮腺肿瘤切除术中面神经解剖路径临床研究

Clinical study of facial nerve dissection approaches in parotidectomy

在腮腺切除术40例中,顺行法(总干法)解剖显露面神经17例,逆行法(周围支法)解剖显露面神经23例,术后顺行法有1例、逆行法中有8例出现不同程度的暂时性面瘫症状(P<0.05),提示顺行法更加安全可靠、快速简便。

40 cases of parotidectomy were reviewed. Anterograde approach（ group A） and retrograde approach （group B） for facial nerve dissection were used in 17 and 23 cases respectively. 1 patients in group A and 8 in group B presented symptoms of temporary facial nerve paralysis（P 〈0.05 ）. The anterograde method is safer and quicker.
