摘要
文章从人口老龄化大背景、社会化程度提升以及社会服务体系保障入手,梳理了中国初期养老社区从福利院、敬老院,养老院,老年公寓,独立型养老社区到复合型养老社区的逐渐发展演变过程。在此基础上,结合宜兴某养老示范基地的项目实践,展望新时期养老社区的发展方向及创新策略,以助于提升未来养老整体水平,促进老年友好城市的逐步形成。
Under the background of rapid growth of aging population all through the world, the paper started with the improving socialization and the social security system. The development history of senior housing communities in China has been explicated from the welfare homes, and gerocomiums, and apartments for the elderly, and independent senior housing communities to the complex senior housing communities. Senior Housing Community in Yixing city has been used as case study to shield a light on the new direction and innovative strategies about the supporting system on senior housing, and a high-level development of age-friendly cities as well.
