摘要
基于土地利用与交通规划之间相互影响、相互制约的关系,本文针对目前规划编制过程中普遍存在的问题,对土地利用与交通规划互适性评价的定量研究方法进行了初步探索。而后以长沙市湘府东路某街坊为例,对该方法进行了具体实践应用,并进一步探讨了各种调整改善措施,以及由交通设施反推容积率的可能性,以期促进土地利用与交通规划的协同编制与一体化发展。
Based on the complex relationship between land use planning and transportation planning, the paper tried to analyze the mutual adaptability of land use planning and transportation planning under a quantitative research framework. City area in Changsha had been used as an case to demonstrate the appropriate improvement measurement in planning, and to discuss the possibility that the back-stepping approach can be used in traffic facility planning to archive an appropriate FAR, and to facilitate the integrative development between land use planning and transportation planning.
