慢性胃肠疾病中医药疗效评价中的证候问题

Syndrome Problems in Evaluation of Chinese Medicine Efficacy for Chronic Gastrointestinal Diseases

总结并分析了慢性胃肠疾病中医疗效评价存在的证候问题,认为目前慢性胃肠疾病疗效评价主要以症状评分为主要评价方法,在中医证候标准化、规范化以及中医证候动态方面存在量化问题。应构建反映患者需求的慢性胃肠疾病辨证论治疗效评价指标体系,并基于病证结合整体观思想,采用定性与定量相结合方法,构建中医慢性胃肠疾病患者报告的结局指标量表,并使证候评分规范化,以此客观评价辨证论治的疗效。

This paper summarizes and analyzes the syndrome problems in Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation for chronic gastrointestinal diseases.The authors consider that,at present,symptom score is the main method in efficacy evaluation for chronic gastrointestinal diseases.There are problems in the quantization of Chinese medicine syndrome standardization and dynamic state.An efficacy evaluation index system of syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic gastrointestinal diseases,which reflects patients＇ demand,should be established.Based on the theory of disease combined with symptom,with both qualitative and quantitative methods,Chinese medicine chronic gastrointestinal disease patient-reported outcomes scale should be established.Syndrome score should be standardized to evaluate the efficacy of syndrome differentiation and treatment objectively.
