面向低碳制造的切削液供给系统优化研究

摘要 针对传统切削液粗放式的供给方式所带来的污染和浪费问题,提出了一种面向低碳制造的切削液供给系统优化方法。该方法建立了制造车间切削液循环系统的资源消耗模型,指出切削液系统的优化包括切削液供给设备的改进及切削液使用工艺的优化。在系统模型分析的基础上,研究了切削液对加工过程的影响,从切削液的润滑及冷却效果出发,提出了依据切削区域摩擦因数及温度进行切削液喷射流量、压力、距离等参数的优化实施方法。构建了面向低碳制造过程的智能切削液系统控制平台,并进行了仿真实验,结果表明:切削液的实际作用效果主要包括润滑和冷却,都与切削液在切削区域的流动情况有着密切的关系;随着润滑效果的提升,切削变形量有所减小,振动能量分布趋于均匀,切削力和温度也呈较明显的下降趋势;依据切削区域摩擦因数与温度进行切削液喷射参数调整具有一定可行性。研究内容为面向低碳制造过程的机械制造车间切削液系统优化问题提供了一条可行的实施途径。 A strategy of cutting fluid system optimization for low-carbon oriented manufacturing is proposed to reduce pollution and waste in the extensive supplying systems of traditional manufacturing.A resource consummation model for cutting fluid cycling system in workshop is constructed,which indicates two ways for low-carbon oriented cutting fluid system optimization,supplying equipment improvement and cutting fluid volume optimization.Then the influences of cutting fluid on machining process are analyzed.A system controlling software platform is established and some numerical simulations are carried out.It is feasible to adjust the flux volume,pressure and jetting distance of cutting fluid according to the friction coefficient and temperature in cutting zone.Good lubricating and cooling effects greatly owe to the good flow state of cutting fluid in cutting zone,the chip deformation and cutting force as well as temperature reduction and vibration energy distributes more uniformly with the reduced friction coefficient,which validates the reliability of this strategy.
