摘要
随着胜任特征的研究越来越受到理论界和企业界的普遍重视,研究创新团队胜任特征与企业绩效的关系对于人才的选拔、培训和绩效管理都有着重要的作用。基于相关理论和文献综述,在构建了创新团队胜任特征模型的基础上,以河北省高端装备制造企业为调查对象,验证了创新团队胜任特征对企业绩效有正向的促进作用,心理契约在两者关系中起到调节作用,并对人力资源管理实践提出了对策建议。
With the study on competency getting more and more attention in theory and business circles, the research on the relationship between innovation team' competency and corporate performance plays an important role in the recruiting, training, and performance management. Therefore based on the relevant theories and literature review, our study builds the model of innovation team' competency taking the high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises in Hebei province as an example, verifies that the innovation team' competency has a positive influence on corporate performance and the moderation effects of psychological contract in the relationship, and then puts forward some suggestions for human resource management practices.
