摘要
为了获得氯乙烯精馏过程的最佳控制结构,本文利用Aspen Dynamics模拟软件针对某工厂PVC生产装置实例,根据生产指标要求建立了控制结构CS1。通过添加进料扰动进行动态模拟,并根据精馏原理对模拟结果进行分析,结果表明现有控制结构CS1动态响应迟缓且在维持产品纯度方面不理想。因此,在现有控制结构CS1基础上添加Q_R/F、L_R/F和双温控制器得出优化控制结构CS2,结果表明改进优化后的控制结构CS2能够满足生产需要,能够有效地指导工业生产。
In order to identify the optimal control structure of vinyl chloride (VCM) distillation process, the existing control structure CSI of a certain VCM distillation is analyzed using Aspen Dynamics software, the results show that CS1 responses slowly and cannot assure the product purity; so an improved control structure CS2 is proposed based on the optimization of CS1, which includes: adding a reboiler load/feed ratio (QR/F) controller, a back flow/feed ratio (LR/F) controller and a double temperature controller into CS1. The results showed that the control structure CS2 is more fast response and effective, and can be used to the practical industrial production of vinyl chloride distillation process.
