山东省肉鸡全价料及饲料原料中AFB_1、FUMB_1、DON和ZEN污染情况调查报告 被引量:11

Investigation of AFB_1, FUMB_1, DON and ZEN Contamination on Broiler Feeds and Feed Ingredients in Shandong Province

摘要 应用HPLC-MS/MS对山东省肉鸡全价料及原料中黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)、伏马毒素B1(FUMB1)、呕吐毒素(DON)和玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)的含量进行检测。结果发现,324份样品中AFB1、FUMB1、DON和ZEN检出率分别为89.81%、77.16%、63.58%和97.22%,平均浓度分别为38.24、1 259.61、681.15μg/kg和889.34μg/kg,说明山东地区肉鸡全价料及原料霉菌毒素污染比较普遍;在全价料及原料中,全价料、花生粕、棉籽粕和DDGS中ZEN和AFB1污染较严重,玉米中ZEN和FUMB1污染较严重,麸皮中ZEN和DON污染较严重,玉米蛋白粉中4种霉菌毒素污染均较重。 High performance liquid chromatography investigate contamination status of aflatoxin B1 (AFB1), - tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) was used to zearalenone (ZEN), fumonisin B, (FUMB1) and deoxynivalenol (DON) in three kinds of broiler feed (510,511 and 513), and seven kinds of feed ingredients (corn, soybean meal, wheat bran, peanut meal, cottonseed meal, corn gluten meal and DDGS) in Shandong Province. The results showed that the positive rates of AFB1, FUMB1, DON and ZEN in 324 broiler feed and ingredients were 89.81%, 77.16%, 63.58% and 97.22%, respectively. The average pollution concentrations were 38.24 μg/kg, 1259.61 μg/kg, 681.15 μg/kg and 889.34μg/kg, respectively. The mycotoxin exceeded rates of corn, peanut meal, cottonseed meal, corn gluten meal, DDGS, soybean meal and wheat bran were 29.55%, 62.96%, 45%, 23.81%, 33.33%, 12.12% and 4.17%, respectively. It is concluded that mycotoxin contamination of broiler feed and feed ingredients are more serious in Shandong Province, AFB~ and ZEN contaminations in feed, peanut meal, cottonseed meal and DDGS are more serious, ZEN and FUMBt contamination in maize is more serious, ZEN and DON contamination in wheat bran is more serious, and four kind of mycotoxin contaminations in maize gluten meal are all serious.
