Optimization of Injection Molding Process and Structure of Oversize Plastic Food Containers Based on CAE

摘要 以大尺寸食品塑料容器为研究对象,利用ANSYS进行静载模拟分析和AMI2010模流分析;根据塑料容器在承压时的节点位移量及应力分布来改进其结构;用正交试验法,以翘曲量为控制对象来优化注塑工艺参数。结果表明:改进结构的塑料容器能够明显降低受压后的变形及最大应力;优化的注塑工艺参数使塑料容器成型后的翘曲量最小,保压压力对翘曲的影响最为显著,而模具温度对塑件翘曲的影响最小。 Based on oversize plastic food container, the analysis of static load simulation and mold flow were respectively applied by ANSYS and AMI2010. The structure was improved according to the node displacement and stress distribution of pressed container. Injection molding process parameters were optimized by orthogonal experiment with the warp as the object. The results show that the deformation and maximum stress can be significantly reduced by improving the structure of plastic container. The optimal injection molding process parameters minimizes the warp of plastic container, the holding pressure effect on the plastic container warp is significant, the mold temperature has the slightest effect on the plastic parts warp.
