摘要
通过型腔和型芯组件的结构分析与设计,在满足塑料齿轮尺寸精度、位置精度要求的同时,将型腔组件分成四段,便于塑料齿轮型腔的加工和研磨抛光,以提高塑料齿轮的表面粗糙度和满足疲劳强度的要求。采用斜顶结构解决了塑料齿轮上钩爪结构侧向分离和脱模问题。
Through structure analysis and design of cavity and core components, to meet the plastic gear size precision, position precision, and at the same time, the cavity component, divided into four sections, easy to plastic gear mold cavity machining, grinding and polishing, in order to improve the plastic gear surface roughness and meet the demand of fatigue strength. The inclined roof structure is adopted to solve the problem of the lateral separation and ejection of the hook claw structure of the plastic gear.
