摘要
建立了同时测定食品接触材料——密胺树脂中铅、镉、砷、镍四种有害元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法。样品70℃浸泡2 h,取浸泡液上机,选用钪、锗、铟、铋四种元素作为内标元素进行校正,外标法定量。结果表明:四种分析元素校正曲线的相关系数均达到0.999 0以上;回收率在88.2%~103.3%之间;相对标准偏差在1.13%~4.41%之间(n=6)。
A method was developed for the determination of the Pb, Cd, As and Ni in the food contact materiars Melamine by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Calibration with Bi, Ge, In, Sc as the internal standard was used. The samples were immersed for 2 h at 70℃. The results show that the correlation coefficients of the four types of analysis elements calibration curve are above 0.9990; the recovery rate is between 88.2%~103.3%; the relative standard deviation is between 1.13%~4.41%(n=6).
